The device (20) has a pump (21) provided with two bidirectional flow outlets (22, 23). Two supply conduits (26, 27) connect each outlet to corresponding hydraulic actuators, respectively. A hydraulic accumulator (30) is connected to the pump. A hydraulic distribution unit (31) with three inlets (31.1-31.3) moves among three positions, where the first inlet is connected to the hydraulic accumulator. The outlets are connected to the second and third inlets, respectively. A pressure controller (33) is arranged on a pipe (34).
