PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the condition aggravation of a normal part due to radiation exposure in a radiotherapy system.SOLUTION: This radiotherapy system 1 includes: an observation part setting section 64 that sets a first observation part region based on first image data before a treatment by radiation; an observation part extraction section 68 that extracts a second observation part region after the treatment, corresponding to the first observation part region, based on second image data after the treatment by radiation; an observation part difference operation section 69 that calculates a difference region based on the first observation part region and the second observation part region by aligning the first observation part region in the second image data; an excessive irradiation region extraction section 65 that generates the dose distribution of radiotherapy, and extracts an excessive irradiation region in the first observation part region; a difference synthetic image generation section 70 that aligns and synthesizes the difference region and the excessive irradiation region to the second image data to generate a synthetic image; and an influence evaluation section 72 that displays the synthetic image on a display device 46.
