PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which prevents a decorative finishing material from being damaged due to cracking in the joint of gypsum boards, wooden boards, or panels which are fastened to columns and studs of a conventional light gauge steel structure or a wooden framework construction with screws for use as base foundation material for a finished wall; or eliminates the possibility of strength reduction in structural material due to corrosion or damage of the columns and the studs as main structural parts resulting from rainwater infiltration for a long period.;SOLUTION: A method for constructing an urethane foam base material in a light gauge steel structure or a wooden framework construction includes the steps of arranging mold forms with an inner wall attached with a polyethylene sheet around columns and studs, spraying and filling columns and studs to be coated with urethane foam, and forming an integrated base material wall of cured urethane foam after removal of the mold forms. A decorative finishing wall is thus prevented from being damaged, and the columns and the studs are sealed to reduce corrosion from rainwater.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
