PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discriminate an effective operation and erroneous detection when an end area is touched.;SOLUTION: When there is only one touch area and end coordinate points at the peripheral edge of a touch panel are included, and when there are a plurality of touch areas, at least one touch area includes the end coordinate points, and the maximum distance between one of the end coordinate points and the coordinate point of the other touch area is shorter than a prescribed distance set beforehand, discrimination of an input operation is put on hold (S106, S111), and when a new touch operation is performed after it is put on hold, the input operation is discriminated on the basis of the touch area that is put on hold and the new touch area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
