PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting mycete contamination in an indoor environment.SOLUTION: This device includes: a concentration module MC; a separation module MS including chromatography microcolumn; and a detection module MD. At least one first electromagnetic valve E3 is included in the upstream of the detection module MD. The electromagnetic valve guides flow including a target module to the detection module MD or flow filtered by a first means Tx1 for filtering to the detection module MD when flow does not includes the target module, and either way enables cleaning of the detection module MD.
