PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for determining a hand-writing Chinese character in which determination processing is respectively performed on a stroke count, a stroke order, a stroke shape, and a stroke movement of a Chinese character, and whether or not the Chinese character is correctly hand-written is determined.;SOLUTION: A tablet terminal 3 of a hand writing Chinese character determination system 1 is equipped with Chinese letter information storage means 17 for storing Chinese letter information 16 including stroke count data 11 and the like, hand-writing data reception means 19 for receiving an input of hand-writing data 18, and hand-writing determination means 20 for determining whether or not a hand-writing Chinese character is correctly hand-written.
