PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like member transfer system which can transfer a plate-like member at high speed by minimizing an operation required for transferring the plate-like member.;SOLUTION: The plate-like member transfer system for sequentially transferring a plurality of plate-like members 12 comprises: a housing cassette 11; a sending side lifting device 22; and a first transfer device 35. In the housing cassette 11, the plurality of plate-like members 12 are arranged in a horizontal posture in a vertical direction and housed. The sending side lifting device 22 has the housing cassette 11 installed therein and lowers the housing cassette 11. In addition, the first transfer device 35 on which the plurality of plate-like members 12 housed in the housing cassette 11 are sequentially placed when the housing cassette 11 is lowered by the sending side lifting device 22, and sequentially transfers the placed plate-like members 12 forward in the horizontal posture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
