PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery device for exhaust gas treatment equipment that prevents dust from sticking on a heat exchanger and causing clogging when treating a high-temperature waste gas, including volatile dust with high sticking properties, of a rotary furnace floor type reduction furnace etc.SOLUTION: There is provided a waste heat recovery device that recovers heat from a waste gas including volatile dust by heat exchangers 1a, 1b, 2, 3, and 4, and includes a dust separating recovery device 5a, having its surface temperature controlled to a temperature at which the volatile dust sticks, at the upstream side from the heat exchangers 1a, 1b of a first stage.
