PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively recover heat from a low-temperature exhaust gas without causing low-temperature corrosion, and to increase electric power generation.;SOLUTION: A low-temperature heat recovery system A is used in a waste calcination treatment facility provided with a waste incinerator 1, a boiler 2, an economizer 3, exhaust gas treatment equipment 4 and power generation equipment 7, and recovers heat from the exhaust gas G' posterior to the exhaust gas treatment equipment 4. The low-temperature heat recovery system A includes: an independent economizer 8 installed posterior to the exhaust gas treatment equipment 4, for recovering the heat from the exhaust gas G'; a water supply line 12 for supplying condensed water obtained by condensing exhaust steam S' discharged from the steam turbine 7a of the power generation equipment 7 as boiler water supply W in the order of the independent economizer 8, a deaerator 11 and the economizer 3; and a heat exchanger 13 interposed in the water supply line 12 on the entrance side of the independent economizer 8, for controlling the temperature of the water supply W to be supplied to the independent economizer 8 by the steam S" extracted from the steam turbine 7a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
