FACILITY EVALUATION DEVICE, FACILITY EVALUATION SYSTEM, FACILITY EVALUATION METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility evaluation device, a facility evaluation system and a method with which objective and reliable evaluations of facilities, such as restaurants, can be made.;SOLUTION: A facility evaluation server collects information on facility visit histories of facility users, and calculates the number of visits to a target facility made by the respective facility users according to the collected history information. In addition, it calculates the number of visits by genres to facilities in a genre to which the target facility belongs made by the respective facility users according to the collected history information, and narrows down facility users that are relevant to an evaluation of the target facility according to the number of visits by genres. The narrowed-down facility users can be deemed as users that are familiar to the genre, and therefore a reliable evaluation result can be obtained by using the number of visits to the target facility made only by the narrowed-down facility users as the base of the evaluation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
