PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-in-one document which can support printing by various printers with suitability in conveyance and has a delivery form, a bill or the like integrate.;SOLUTION: A delivery form area 11A is formed of a printing base material 11 having printing suitability for a printer and tack paper 20 laminated via an adhesive layer 31A on at least part of a region on a rear face of the printing base material 11. A bill area 11B is formed of a thickness adjusting base material 41 with the approximately same thickness as that of the laminate of a tack base material 21, an adhesive layer 33A and release paper 25, wherein the thickness adjusting base material is laminated on a region except the region of the rear face of the printing base material 11 via an adhesive layer 33C.
