PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three dimensional homojunction CNT solar cell capable of improving photoelectric conversion efficiency.;SOLUTION: The three dimensional homojunction CNT solar cell comprises: a metal electrode 2 as a positive electrode; a metal carbon nano tube 4 formed on a surface of a transparent substrate 3 of a window member, as a negative electrode; and a power generation layer 6 arranged between both these electrodes.
