PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement temperature compensation by adjusting an energizing force of a spring with respect to a twisting force of a torque tube and applying an energizing force in a reverse direction to a center shaft.;SOLUTION: In a turning substrate 30, turning in a clockwise direction is regulated by a lock section 33 of an energizing force adjusting mechanism 31, a twisting force in a counter-clockwise direction is added by coil springs 34a and 34b via an energizing force adding arm 29, and an energizing force in a direction reverse to the twisting force of the torque tube is added to a connecting rod 25 connected to the center shaft. The energizing force is given by the coil springs 34a and 34b by revolving a screw shaft 32, moving the lock section 33 and adjusting turning stop positions of spring hook sections 30b and 30c through a turn regulation section 30a of the turning substrate 30. The adjustment is performed in such a manner that the rotating amount of the connecting rod 25 connected to the center shaft is balanced with the twisting force of the torque tube, namely, that an angle detected by the connecting rod 25 connected to the center shaft becomes 0.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
