PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and operability of a wiring or removing operation for a low-voltage lead-in wire on a ladder.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method of pulling up the other end of a work rope 7 having one end tied up to an end of a lead-in wire 3 by climbing a ladder up to a lead-in point place, winding the other end of the work rope 7 around a pulley 12 of a leading-in tool A at the place, locking the other end of the leading-in tool A to a rack 5 at the lead-in point in a swingable state, drawing and polling in the other end of the work rope 7, putting the work rope 7 and the lead-in wire 3 connecting with it close to the rack 5, and winding and anchoring the end of the lead-in wire 3 to the rack 5 in this state. The leading-in tool A includes a device which is provided with the cantilever type pulley 12 rotatably on a support plate 10 and restricts a movement of the work rope 7 wound around the pulley 12 to only a leading-in direction, and a swing cover 15 covering at least a part of the pulley 12 is pivoted on one side face of the support plate 10 to be freely opened and closed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
