PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital/analog-mixed circuit that implements high speed processing while reducing digital noise.;SOLUTION: A digital/analog-mixed circuit 100 for sampling an analog signal to convert it to a digital signal includes: signal generation means 12 for generating an analog value fixing signal indicating a timing of analog value fixing from a clock signal having a higher frequency than the analog signal, and a delayed signal whose phase is retarded relative to the analog value fixing signal by less than a half period of the clock signal; analog value holding means 13 for storing an analog value in a capacitor at a trailing edge timing of the analog value fixing signal from a terminal for analog input; and digital clock signal generation means 14 for generating a digital clock signal for starting the operation of a digital circuit 15 upon the trailing edge of the delayed signal acquired from the signal generation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
