PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LC filter in which Q characteristics of an inductor are improved by mitigating the concentration of a current or a magnetic flux in a connecting part of a line electrode and a via electrode.;SOLUTION: A loop-inside portion of one closest via from a line electrode, a capacitor electrode or an internal ground electrode is disposed to be located more inside of a loop with respect to loop-inside portions of remaining vias in such a manner as to draw a smoother loop with at least one connecting part of a connecting part of a pair of the via electrode and the line electrode formed in a loop shape and a connecting part of the via electrode and the capacitor electrode or the internal ground electrode.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
