The first via conductor (111) and the second via conductor (112) extend from the first line electrode (101) in the specific direction (Z), and are respectively connected to the first planar electrode (102) and the second planar electrode (103). The third planar electrode (104) opposes at least a part of the second planar electrode (103) in the specific direction. The second planar electrode (103) is disposed between the first planar electrode (102) and the third planar electrode (104) in the specific direction (Z).
