A design method for frequency multipliers was presented using laboratory measurements. The optimum impedance for each access were determined with aid of tunners and then measured with a Vetorial Network Analyzer. With this technique a frequency multiplier from 6 to 12 GHz was designed using the dual gate FET NE463.
