PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a drug transfusion needle is required to exhale gas in a drug container outside through a filter for safety when discharging a drug to the drug container, and takes large force to push a plunger.;SOLUTION: The needle guide 10 includes a cap part 12 forming a cylindrical groove 11 with a deep bottom, a slide part 15 having a sealing part 13 for covering an opening end in front of the groove, and moving the groove 11 forward and backward; and an elastic part 14 arranged between a bottom surface of the groove 11 and the slide part 15. A position of a leading end of the slide part 15, which is in a state of being moved to most backward, is served as a toe 40 under the leading end and a space A between the toe 40 under the leading end and a backward end 37a located in the most backward of a first vent port 37 is shorter than an entire length B of the slide part 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
