PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box of a bag which can be heated by a microwave oven while housing a food product hermetically sealing and housing bag, in that case can suppress the scattering of contents from a pressure releasing part of the bag unsealed with the increase of an inner pressure of the bag, a food product hermetically sealing and housing bag packaging body adopting the same, and a box original plate for forming the box.;SOLUTION: In the food product hermetically sealing and housing bag packaging box 1 for packaging the food product hermetically sealing and housing bag 2 hermetically sealing and housing a food product F or a flat-shape bag 2 having the pressure releasing part 22 unsealed with the increase of an inner pressure by heating in the upper surface 20, a pressedly opening unsealing part 10 is formed in an upper wall 11, the pressedly opening unsealing part 10 can be folded and bent into the inside of the box around a line for bending c while lines a, b1, b2 for breaking are broken by being pushed into the inside of the box.
