PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device for a plastic semi-processed product, and a method of heating a plastic semi-processed product by microwaves.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method and a device for heating a preliminary molded article (1) formed of a thermoplastic material where the preliminary molded article is subjected to deformation following the heating. The preliminary molded article is exposed to microwaves of a resonator (11) at least in a partial heating time. According to the preferable progress, the heating of the preliminary molded article is performed in the resonator. The resonator is a constituent element in which electromagnetic radiation is introduced therein, and thereafter, the radiation is kept in a predetermined period by continuous reflection.
