PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the quality of a review in a project for developing software or the like.;SOLUTION: The quality of a review is evaluated based on information of a review minute memorandum and various tables. For evaluating the review quality, (1) man-hours that were taken for the review, (2) the number of subjects pointed out in the review and (3) the skill level of each reviewer who has participated in the review are evaluated so that the evaluation can be conducted with the review quality and quantity suitable for a target project. Since an evaluation index is associated with the skill level of each reviewer or reviewee, the evaluation can be properly performed.
