PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of user's image diagnosis.SOLUTION: An X-ray computed tomography imaging device includes: an X-ray tube for generating X-rays; an X-ray detector for detecting X-rays that have been generated from the X-ray tube and transmitted through the subject; a volume data reconstruction unit for reconstructing first volume data aimed at the subject's chest on the basis of the output of the X-ray detector; a lung area specification unit for specifying the subject's lung area in the first volume data; a discrimination unit for generating second volume data in which a low CT value area and an area other than the low CT value are discriminated in the lung area; an image generation unit for generating an image depicting a two-dimensional distribution pertaining to an abundance ratio of the low CT value area with respect to the lung area on the basis of the second volume data; and a display unit for displaying the image depicting the two-dimensional distribution.
