PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the same system track information using all sensors by uniquely and instantaneously determining a correlation process result with individual sensors even if correlation process results are different among the sensors.;SOLUTION: A correlation process part 122 (among-track correlation part) compares self-sensor local track information generated by a trailing process part 113 with other-sensor local track information 433 received by a reception part 121 and generates self-sensor system track information 422 (among-track correlation). A system track information comparison part 123 compares other-sensor system track information 434 received by the reception part 121 with the self-sensor system track information 422.
