PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of track integration devices to obtain the track of a mobile entity while suppressing the volume of data communicated by the plurality of track integration devices.;SOLUTION: Local track data 330 includes a local track and an integrated track number of an integrated track that corresponds to the local track. A determination unit 242A determines, for each local track data 330, whether a transmission condition for the local track data 330 to be transmitted to other track integration devices 200 is satisfied, on the basis of an integrated track identified by the integrated track number that is included in the local track data 330.
