PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide a polyester resin aqueous dispersion with good productivity which makes a resin film having a great adhesive force and a problem with blocking properties into a resin film having heat sensitive adhesion, blocking resistance, and easy releasability at the same time. PSOLUTION: The polyester resin aqueous dispersion comprises a polyester resin (A) having a melting point of 50-110°C, a crystal fusion calorie of not less than 60 J/g, a crystallization temperature during cooling of not lower than 30°C, and an acid value of 20-40 mgKOH/g and a polyester resin (B) composed of a polyester resin (b1) having a number average molecular weight of not smaller than 10,000, a melting point of lower than 50°C, and an acid value of 2-12 mgKOH/g, a polyester resin (b2) having a number average molecular weight of not smaller than 10,000, no melting point, a glass transition point of not higher than 50°C, and an acid value of 2-12 mgKOH/g, or a mixture thereof at a ratio (mass ratio) of (A)/(B) of 30/70 to 50/50.
