PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which methods that can efficiently process a parlor wastewater of a low-temperature environment in which a present microorganism treatment is difficult is hoped, and a lipase for improving them with a high stability to various components in the wastewater, and the microorganism that produces this and proliferates are required.SOLUTION: The low water temperature wastewater treatment uses a strain belonging to Mrakia blollopis of the basidiomycetous yeast genus from the South Pole or Mrakia frigida that has an excellent growth ability in a low-temperature region, and the lipase produced by performing the low temperature culture to the strain.
