PSOLUTION: The environmental performance evaluation system S to be used in evaluating the environmental performance of the skeleton includes: an emission calculation means 31 for calculating carbon dioxide emission mSBi/SB(=aSBi/SB×bSBi/SB) of each material by multiplying carbon dioxide emission unit requirement aSBi/SBof materials by quantity bSBi/SBof the materials, and for calculating total emission M(=ΣmSBi/SB) by totaling them; a unit emission calculation means 32 for calculating unit emission Y(=M/D) by multiplying the inverse number of durable years D by the total emission M; a total score calculation means 33 for calculating total scores X(=ΣxSBi/SB) by totaling environmental consideration scores xSBj/SBcorresponding to design specifications; and an environment determination value calculation means 34 for calculating an environmental determination value V(=X/Y) by multiplying the inverse number of the unit emission Y by the total scores X.
