PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge supporting device for a vehicle, a charge supporting method for a vehicle, and a computer program, which can present sources for comparison between charging at a present position and charging at a position having excellent charging efficiency after changing the position while considering a position change from the present position.SOLUTION: A navigator 1 calculates a first charging period Ta necessary for charging a battery up to a target charging capacity Et at the present position (S6).
