PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface plasmon polaritrons coupled (integrated) with a surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) setup, and also provide a resonator structure applicable to waveguide-integrated resonators therein.;SOLUTION: A resonator structure 100 includes a metal-insulator-metal waveguide comprising two metal layers 110 and 130 and an insulating layer 120 between the two metal layers 110 and 130.
