PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed product of roasted sesame effective for remarkably suppressing dissipation of taste and flavor of roasted sesame during storage of a sesame-containing liquid seasoning when blending the product to the sesame-containing liquid seasoning such as sesame dressing and sesame sauce and imparting smooth palatability to the sesame-containing liquid seasoning.;SOLUTION: The processed product of roasted sesame contains pulverized roasted sesame, wherein 20-100 mass% of the pulverized roasted sesame passes through 20 Tyler mesh and remains on 32 Tyler mesh, and 30-100 mass% of the pulverized roasted sesame passing the 20 Tyler mesh and remaining on the 32 Tyler mesh, has a (major diameter)/(minor diameter) ratio of 1-1.2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
