PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an alcohol-free beer-taste sparkling beverage which has a fruity aroma imparted thereto with a reduced off flavor by using hops or hop components stored and aged in a state being in contact with air as hops or hop components to be used in a process for boiling liquid starting materials, and an alcohol-free beer-taste sparking beverage, which has a fruity aroma imparted thereto with a reduced off flavor, produced by the production method.SOLUTION: In the method for producing the alcohol-free beer-taste sparkling beverage using hops or hop components, hops or hop components stored and aged in a state being in contact with air are used as hops or hop components to be used in a process for boiling liquid starting materials. The production method produces the alcohol-free beer-taste sparkling beverage which has a fruity aroma imparted thereto with a reduced off flavor.
