PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor that detects information including ambiguity at high speed with high efficiency and high accuracy, and a device that incorporates the semiconductor.;SOLUTION: A memory has a function of comparing two input conditions, which are information 1 externally given as an input condition and a position 2 of the information on an address, with stored information and outputting an address that meets the conditions.
