PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint construction device which allows a joint to be efficiently and easily constructed and a joint construction method.;SOLUTION: A joint construction device comprises a plate-like body made of metal or synthetic resin, which is inserted in the surface of uncured concrete and pulled out so as to form a joint in concrete.
