PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt buckle support structure which is arranged with a buckle on a side of a seat at a sitting position, at all times, and does not hinder the folding operation of the seat. PSOLUTION: In the folding seat 1, a seat back 3 can be folded to a front lower side, by linking with an operation to lay down the seat back on a seat cushion 2, the buckle 11 for a seat belt connected by webbing 13 is provided in an anchor 12 on a lower side of the seat cushion, and a slit 20 for inserting the buckle is provided in a rear part of the seat cushion. A substantially cylindrical boot 14 is mounted from a base part 11c of the buckle to the webbing, and at a connecting part with the anchor of the webbing or in the vicinity, an absence section 14a of the boot is set.
