The rod has multiple metal sheets with same extended shape. The sheets have an opening at their lower ends. A screw-nut system (5) is introduced into the opening and mounted rigidly on a structure (3) of a vehicle or on a frame unit of a seat. The metal sheets are rigidly fixed to a clasp (2) of a seat belt at their upper ends. The metal sheets are covered by a plastic protection sheath (4).
