The device (10) has a strap (11) folded in a safety belt buckle and attached to a clasp (20), and a fixation body (12) e.g. metallic part, for fixing the strap to a seat structure. The body is formed from an engaged part (13) engaged in the buckle of the strap and from a keying part (14) inserted in an opening formed in the seat structure. The keying part is provided with elements for blocking and positioning of the device with respect to the structure, where tongues form the blocking and positioning elements.
