The folder unit (30) has a folding portion (33) and folding rollers (32) for folding the paper, cardboard or plastic sheet (1000). The folding portion has a lower and upper guide surfaces (33.1,33.2) between which the sheet is guided. A lower lip is arranged at end of lower guide surface for guiding the sheet. A supporting element (34) is mounted on the lower guide surface and a bearing element (35) is arranged in outer surface of folding roller. The supporting element is supported on the bearing element.
