PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail wrong delivery preventing device having improved versatility, safety, and convenience.SOLUTION: The mail wrong delivery preventing device includes: means for transmitting an approval request mail to an approver; means for receiving a request reply mail assumed to correspond to the approval request mail; and means for approving the delivery of the mail in question, when the request reply mail satisfies predetermined conditions. The approval request mail includes an approval keyword. The mail wrong delivery preventing device further includes means for prohibiting the delivery of the mail in question, when the request reply mail includes no approval keyword that has been included in the approval request mail corresponding to the request reply mail.
