PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an email wrong transmission prevention device and an email wrong transmission prevention program, for preventing wrong transmission by transmitting a mail including important content with care.;SOLUTION: The email wrong transmission prevention device 1 includes: a mail creation speed decision means 10B determining mail creation speed from a time spent for creating mail, and deciding whether the mail creation speed belongs to a predetermined range; a mail specialty decision means 10C deciding a degree of specialty of the created mail, based on an address of the created mail; and a mail transmission confirmation means 10D confirming whether to transmit the created mail when a decision result of at least one of the mail creation speed decision means 10B and the mail specialty degree decision means 10C satisfies a predetermined condition when receiving a transmission request of the created mail.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
