PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the erroneous transmission of a transmission file in transmitting a transmission file by attaching it to electronic mail as a task.;SOLUTION: This electronic mail transmission prevention system is provided with a transmission file storage device 2 for storing a transmission file in a directory different for every transmission destination; an electronic mail transmission terminal 4 for preparing electronic mail to which the transmission file to be transmitted to the transmission destination is attached on the basis of the operation of a first operator, and for transmitting the electronic mail to the transmission destinations; an electronic mail check terminal 5 to which the prepared electronic mail is transmitted before it is transmitted to the transmission destination for enabling a second operator who is different from the first operator to confirm the electronic mail.
