PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-making dispersing agent aqueous solution having an excellent performance and a high viscosity, and a method of manufacturing the paper-making dispersing agent aqueous solution, and a paper making method using the paper-making dispersing agent aqueous solution.;SOLUTION: This paper-making dispersing agent aqueous solution contains a polymer aqueous solution (A) and a polyalkylene oxide aqueous solution (B) containing a polyalkylene oxide (b), the polymer aqueous solution (A) is a filtered aqueous solution of an aqueous solution in which a water-soluble polymer containing a gelled water-soluble polymer (a) and/or the water-soluble polymer (a) is dissolved, and the blending ratio of the polymer aqueous solution (A) to the polyalkylene oxide aqueous solution (B) is made such that the mass ratio of the water-soluble polymer (a) is 20-80 mass% when the total mass of the water-soluble polymer (a) and the polyalkylene oxide (b) is 100 mass%, and a method of manufacturing the paper-making dispersing agent aqueous solution and a paper-making method using the paper-making dispersing agent aqueous solution are also disclosed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
