PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and easily fix a drain neutralizer in the vicinity of a combustion device.;SOLUTION: In a hot water supply apparatus 17, a latent heat recovering heat exchanger for recovering exhaust latent heat of a burner is provided in a case 40. A fitting member 36 of a drain neutralizer 3 for neutralizing drain generated in the latent heat recovering heat exchanger is fixed to a front panel 21 in the front of the case 40 of the hot water supply apparatus 17. The fitting member 36 is disposed in the lateral direction along the front panel 21 of the case 40 at the lower side position of the case 40, and the distal end thereof is extended to project from the case 40 in the left-handed or right-handed direction of the case 40.
