PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam measurement device, a beam measurement method, and a pump/probe measurement method that use them, wherein three-dimensional measurement of quantum beams can be carried out simply and easily.;SOLUTION: This beam measurement device 100 is equipped with a light source part 10 for shaping the pulse wave form of the pulse laser beam oscillated by a laser oscillator 11 so that the wavelength of the pulse laser beam is changed, according to time; an incident optical system 20 having a delay element 23 which gives time delay according to the incident position with respect to the pulse laser beam emitted from the light source part 10 and a polarized light conversion element 24, which converts a pulse laser beam into a different polarization state according to the incident position; an electro-optical element 30 having a different crystalline axis according to the incident position; a polarizer 46 to take out prescribed components from the pulse laser beam; and an optical spectrometer 50 to measure spectrum of the taken out spectrum of a pulse laser beam extracted from the polarizer 46.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
