PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system which enables a call to be connected even to a line switched mobile terminal moving between a plurality of premises.;SOLUTION: The communication control system 100 comprises: a line switched mobile terminal to which a specific external number is imparted; a data communication network 1 to which a SIP server 50 storing the external number is connected; private networks 16, 26 connected with the data communication network 1 via gateway devices 13, 23 to which IP addresses are imparted; private base stations 17, 27 detecting that a mobile terminal being positioned within the first premise 10 or the second premise 20 is radio-connected to the private network; control devices 15, 25 for acquiring the external number of the mobile terminal detected by the private base station; and proxy registration apparatuses 18, 28 for transmitting the external number acquired by the control device and the IP addresses of the gateway devices to the SIP server via the data communication network, wherein the SIP server stores the external number and the IP addresses of the gateway devices in association with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
