PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollinosis diagnostic apparatus for continuously diagnosing a user's symptoms of pollinosis.;SOLUTION: The pollinosis diagnostic apparatus is provided with: a receiving part 101 for receiving a first electronic message in which a user's symptoms of pollinosis are written; an extraction part 102 for extracting a key word indicating the symptoms of the pollinosis from the first electronic message; a calculation part 103 for calculating scores of the symptoms of pollinosis; an accumulation part 110 for accumulating the key word, the score, and the first electronic message as diagnostic data of the user; a generation part 104 for generating a second electronic message including questions about the user's symptoms of pollinosis; and a transmission part 105 for transmitting the second electronic message to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
