PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form projection light of an LED lamp to be used in a lamp such as a floor stand, a desk lamp, a wall lamp, or a bedside lamp, in all emission angles and attain an illumination effect necessary for an interior space and for a user's reading comfort.SOLUTION: The LED bulb includes a translucent lamp holder having a lamp head at a lower edge and a translucent light reflection case on an inner end face of which an translucent light reflection film is coated. Between the translucent light reflection case and the translucent lamp holder, there is demarcated a housing chamber, in which a driving unit, a radiator, and a light-emitting module to be connected electrically to the driving unit. The light-emitting module includes a substrate positioned at the radiator and at least one LED provided on the substrate. As for the light from the LED, projection light is formed upward by the translucent reflection case and the translucent housing and reflection light is formed downward by the reflection of the light reflection film of the translucent reflection case, and a reflection halation formed by projection of the upward and the downward reflection light on to the translucent lamp holder and the translucent reflection case is composed as a side face projection halation, and thus light emission of all emission angles is formed.
