PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly request maintenance-dispatching in accordance with a malfunction occurrence frequency. PSOLUTION: Every time a malfunction occurs to an ATM 100, the malfunction history acquisition part 261 of a maintenance management server 200 acquires information on the malfunction, as the malfunction information, from the ATM 100. A maintenance-dispatching determination part 263 determines whether maintenance-dispatching is necessary based on a time interval relating to the malfunction information. A dispatching request transmitting part 264 transmits the information that the maintenance-dispatching is requested to the maintenance center client 300 concerned which manages the maintenance of the ATM 100 which is a maintenance-dispatching object.
