PSOLUTION: The organic light-emitting element includes a first electrode (12), a second electrode (11), a light-emitting layer (3) arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. The light-emitting layer includes a host material (4), a blue dopant (7), a red dopant (5), and a green dopant (6). The red dopant has a first functional radical for localization near the first electrode and an excitation energy of a host material is larger than that of the blue dopant.
