PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element which emits white light while controlling the amount of dopant easily.;SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting element comprises: a first electrode (12); a second electrode (11); and a luminous layer (3) disposed between the first and second electrodes. The luminous layer contains a host material (4), a red dopant material (5), a green dopant material (6), and a blue dopant material (7).
